Equip, Empower, Engage
Tuition Payment Agreement – 2018/19 School Year
This tuition payment agreement is a contract between the STUDENT and the Equip, Empower, Engage School (hereby referred to as “E3”) and every STUDENT is required to complete, sign and return this form to the E3 Student Office Administrator in a timely fashion as a condition for being permitted to register for and attend classes at E3. Under this contract, it is the primary responsibility of the STUDENT to pay all tuition and other fees due to E3. By signing below, the RESPONSIBLE BILLING PARTY agrees to be a guarantor of all tuition and other fees due to E3. Nevertheless, the STUDENT is the only person to whom E3 owe contractual obligations and the STUDENT at all times remains primarily responsible to ensure payment to E3 of all amounts due on the STUDENT’S E3 account.
Satisfactory arrangements for the payment of the total charges for each school year’s tuition and other fees (less financial aid, if any) MUST be made prior to the first day of classes. Satisfactory arrangements are (1) timely payment pursuant to the Full Payment Plan; or (2) selection of the Quarterly Payment Plan AND payment of all quarterly installments which are billed on the STUDENT’S E3 account prior to the first day of classes. The Quarterly Payment Plan is a privilege, which may be revoked for cause. Under either payment plan, all payments/installments are due and payable in full on the disclosed, scheduled due date(s) and become delinquent after the first day of the date due. Delinquent accounts are subject to a $25 late charge. In Addition, all past due charges MUST be paid prior to attending remaining classes.
By signing this Tuition Payment Agreement, the STUDENT (and if applicable, the RESPONSIBLE BILLING PARTY) agrees to pay all reasonable collection costs, including reasonable attorney fees and collection agency fees, incurred to collect any delinquent accounts. In the event of withdrawal from E3, refunds will be made in accordance with E3 Tuition Refund Policy.
Full Payment Plan (No Fee) – STUDENT promises (and, if applicable, RESPONSIBLE BILLING PARTY guarantees) to pay the total charges for each school year’s tuition and fees (less financial aid) prior to the beginning of each school year per the due date on the STUDENT’S E3 account (School year starts September; Full Payment of $500.00 due at registration) and to pay any additional special fees, miscellaneous charges or other amounts due (including amounts due as a result of changes in financial aid amounts) and billed on the STUDENT’S E3 account on or before the due dates on such account.
Quarterly Payment Plan (Fee) – STUDENT (and, if applicable, the RESPONSIBLE BILLING PARTY) applies for the Quarterly Payment Plan, which is subject to a 3% fee per quarterly payment. STUDENT promises (and, if applicable, the RESPONSIBLE BILLING PARTY guarantees) to pay the total of each year’s tuition and fees (less financial aid) in four (4) installments per Quarter ($257.00 required at registration, $87.00 required on the 5th day of November 2018, $87.00 required on the 5th day of February 2019, and $87.00 required on the 5th day of May 2019). Such installments will be recalculated each month and may change due to the addition of special fees, miscellaneous charges, credits or changes in financial aid amounts. For students paying tuition online through the E3 payment portal, payments will be auto-deducted from STUDENT’S (or, if applicable, the RESPONSIBLE BILLING PARTY’S) provided banking account. A reminder notice will be sent 3 days prior to each auto deduction to the email address provided on file for STUDENT’S billing account.
Please inform the Equip, Empower, Engage School Student Office Administrator via email of any changes to the billing name, address or payment option. The account must be current for any payment option changes to be made. This Tuition Payment Agreement will remain in effect as long as the STUDENT is enrolled at E3 School. E3 school or the STUDENT may cancel this Agreement as to any future quarter by giving written notice of cancellation to the other not less than 60 days before the first day of classes for each quarter.
